1.1. At Reka Fabrics, we strive to provide quality products and excellent customer service. Return Can be Initiated only in the case of product found to be defective on our part and need to be informed with the support team immediately support@rekafabrics.com .Other reasons of Return shall not be entertained.
1.2. To be eligible for a return or exchange, please follow these guidelines:
a. The item must be in new and unused condition. b. It must be returned in its original packaging. c. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the purchase date.
2. Non-Returnable Items
2.1. Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including but not limited to:
a. Fabric that has been cut or altered. b. Custom or personalized orders. c. Items on clearance or marked as final sale.
3. Returns Process
3.1. To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
a. Contact our customer service team at support@rekafabrics.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. b. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories or documentation. c. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package. d. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
3.2. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
