1.1. At Reka Fabrics, we stand by the quality of our products. Returns are acceptable in case of product found to be defective on our part and other reasons of return shall not be entertained.
1.2. To be eligible for a refund, please follow these guidelines:
a. The item must be in new and unused condition. b. It must be returned in its original packaging. c. Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of the purchase date.
2. Non-Refundable Items
2.1. Certain items are not eligible for a refund, including but not limited to:
a. Fabric that has been cut or altered. b. Custom or personalized orders. c. Items on clearance or marked as final sale.
3. Refund Process
3.1. To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
a. Contact our customer service team at support@rekafabrics.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. b. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories or documentation. c. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package. d. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
3.2. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
4. Refund Timeline
4.1. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued in the original form of payment.
4.2. If a returned item is not in its original condition or packaging, a restocking fee may be applied.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
5.1. If you receive a damaged or defective item as on our part please contact us immediately at support@rekafabrics.com. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, as applicable.

Cancellation May not be possible once the payment has been done. Before placing an order please liaison with support team and get all doubts clarified on the order as cancellation not possible once the payment has been done.
